INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE STAY

The health and well-being of the guests and colleagues of the family hotel “Mirana” are of paramount importance for our team. Therefore, all our actions are fully compliant with the recommendations and instructions of the government, health care institutions and medical experts. Please read and follow our safe stay instructions.

Social distance: Please, keep a distance between yourself and others – at least 1.5 meters.

Staff: Hotel staff and hotel households follow all rules and instructions and observe high personal hygiene. It is mandatory to use personal protective equipment – mask, gloves, goggles and disposable aprons – where necessary. All employees’ workplaces are cleaned and disinfected after each shift. Frequent disinfection of all common areas is applied.

Arrival / accommodation / departure: We do not accommodate / send several people at the same time, unless they are members of one family; Disinfectants have been installed at key locations throughout the site.

Guest rooms and hotel household: Daily cleaning and disinfation of frequently touched surfaces and objects (remote control, door handles (window, wardrobe), lighting switches, bathroom, safe, etc .; Ventilation of the room after each cleaning.
